I decided (for now anyway) to install my Remote TV Camera in a fixed position inside the Wheelhouse. The view will be forward. The red arrow indicates where the camera is located. Later on I might decide to build a pan/tilt mechanism, but for now it will be fixed.
	The camera was mounted onto a piece of clear Lexan® with screws, and the clear Lexan® was mounted to the underside of the Wheelhouse (also screwed for easy removal.)
I used Velcro® tape to hold the small 9 volt battery in place. It is in a location under the Wheelhouse that has easy access for replacement.
